TCCIM to Hold 4 Business Courses

The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to hold four specialized business courses in April and May 2022.

The first business course titled “Business Skills” is scheduled to be held from April 30 on even days from 4 p.m. Topics to be covered include international trade, HS commodity classification system, Incoterms 2020, LinkedIn, international transportation, familiarity with import and export procedures, EPL customs regulations and order registration, international payment methods, international trade contracts and trade negotiations. The course will run for a total of 60 hours, the news portal of TCCIM reported.

The second course titled “International Trading” is scheduled to be held from May 1 on Sundays and Wednesdays at 6-9 p.m. Topics to be covered include processing foreign orders; explanation of principles and techniques of foreign negotiations in the form of B2B, B2C and B2G; air, land, sea, rail and relevant bill of ladings; familiarity with all business forms for import and export; and business plan for entering foreign markets. the course will run for a total of 18 hours.

The third course titled “Comprehensive Import Course” is scheduled to be held from May 14 on even days at 4-8 p.m. Subjects include identifying local barriers to import, importers’ legal rights, international freight transportation, introduction to preferential tariff system in Iran and registration in the Comprehensive Trade System.

The fourth course titled “Export Process and Required Documents” is scheduled to be held online from May 14 on Saturdays and Sundays at 4-8 p.m. Topics include export, transshipment, freight insurance, inspection certificate, bill of lading and certificate of origin.
