‘Communications’ Registers Lowest Inflation With 9%

The average goods and services Consumer Price Index of “communications” in the 12-month period ending Jan. 20 increased by 9% compared with the corresponding period of the year before.
It marks the lowest annualized price rise among 12 groups of consumer goods and services reviewed by the Statistical Center of Iran every month.
The CPI of the group stood at 186.4 in the month to Jan. 20, indicating a 0.2% rise compared with the month before.
