18 Industrial Products Register Growth in Output

The Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade's survey of the current Iranian year’s first eight months (March 21-Nov. 21) indicates the output of 18 products (out of 27 under review) registered a year-on-year rise.
The production of trucks, mini trucks and vehicle pullers hit 6,177, up 75.5% YOY.
More than 915,900 washing machines were produced, up 26.8% and leather products amounted to 31.3 million square feet, up 24.3%.
Carbon black production stood at 109,300 tons, showing a YOY increase of 20.1% while that of polyester filament yarn hit 199,900 tons, registering a 17.4% growth YOY.
