The growth in Consumer Price Index in the seventh month of the current Iranian year (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) was the highest (5.8%) for Gilan and Kerman provinces compared with the month before.
According to data released by the Statistical Center of Iran, Sistan-Baluchestan Province posted the lowest month-on-month inflation of 2.2% last month.
The overall CPI, using the Iranian year to March 2017 as the base year, stood at 364.1 in the same month, indicating a 3.7% rise compared with the previous month.
