The average goods and services Consumer Price Index of “furniture, home appliances and their maintenance” in the 12-month period ending Sept. 22, which marks the end of the sixth Iranian month of fiscal 2021-22.
This marks an increase of 60.9% compared with last year’s corresponding period – the highest among 12 groups of the basket of consumer goods and services purchased by households.
According to the Statistical Center of Iran, with a coefficient of 3.93%, the CPI of the group stood at 478.4 in the month ending Sept. 22, indicating a 2.6% increase compared with the month before.
The group’s CPI registered a year-on-year increase of 52%.
