A total of 10 tons of intravenous therapy (IV) fluid bags have been imported via Iran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport in 21 batches over the past few days, Fars News Agency quoted Mehrdad Jamal Orounaqi, the technical deputy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration, as saying.
The shipment has been donated by World Health Organization.
According to Rouhollah Latifi, IRICA’s spokesperson, 109 tons more are expected to arrive on Aug. 12.
