Qasr-e Shirin Agro Exports Earn $55m in Q1

Iran’s agricultural exports to Iran and the Iraqi Kurdistan Region through Qasr-e Shirin County located in the western Kermanshah Province stood at 211,613 tons worth 13,950 billion rials ($55.8 million) in the first quarter of the current fiscal year (March 21-June 21), registering a 1.4% decline in terms of weight and an 87% growth in terms of value.
According to Morad Mahmoudian-Far, a local official, tomato, watermelon, melon, apple, orange and potato were the main exported products, IRNA reported.
