The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to hold three specialized courses.
The first course titled “Banking Guarantees” is scheduled to begin on July 20 and continue for two more sessions on July 27 and August 3 from 4-8 p.m. Topics such as risk mitigation in domestic and international trade, different kinds of bank guarantees, how they are issued and the processes involved, how to revise, renew or cancel a guarantee document, among others, are to be covered during the course, the news portal of TCCIM reported.  
A second course titled "Comprehensive Imports” is scheduled to start on July 27 from 3-7 p.m. and will cover subjects such as import obstacles, importer’s rights, exemptions and incentives supporting import activities, preferential trade agreements and international conventions, different kinds of imports under sanctions, import procedures and regulations, how to register in the Nima system (an online platform devised by the Central Bank of Iran where exporters sell their overseas currency and companies buy it for importing non-essential goods, machinery, equipment and raw materials), how to place import orders without having a commercial card for private and state-owned businesses and transportation of import goods.
The third course is titled "Export and Import Accounting”. It will begin on August 1 and run for a total of eight hours. Classes are scheduled to be run from 4-6 p.m. on Sundays and Tuesdays. Topics to be covered during this course include forex repatriation accounting methods and its tax-relates issues, important factors in designing invoices and items, accounting coding system and how to use the related software, calculation of revenues derived from exports, filling value-added tax declarations, import tax and insurance, how to make EXCEL charts for end prices and how to use different import and export tax-related software.
