TCCIM to Hold Course on Arbitration

The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to hold a specialized course on arbitration.
Scheduled to begin on July 12, the course will run for 16 hours. Classes are to be held on Mondays from 4-8 p.m. Topics to be covered include the definition of arbitration and how it differs from other types of dispute settlement; different kinds of arbitration and how each one works; arbitration agreements and how to draft them; how verdicts are issued, carried out and supervised; and judiciary support for arbitration verdicts.
Lawyers, legal interns, members of chambers of commerce and private and state-owned legal managers can take part in the course.
