Conditional Reopening of Reception Halls

The National Coronavirus Headquarters has allowed the reopening of halls for holding wedding receptions and funeral wakes under certain conditions as of Thursday. 
A three-meter distance must be maintained between seats in outdoor places. The reception hall must provide an eight-meter space for each person and should accommodate guests only up to 30% of its capacity, IRNA reported. 
The above requirements must be met for indoor halls as well, which should not accommodate more than 15 people in the high-risk red zones for coronavirus transmission, 20 people in orange cities, 30 people in yellow cities and 50 people in blue cities.
