One-Third of Industrial Units Registers 20% Growth

About 362 companies and production units from the 1,100 top industrial and mining units of Iran registered more than 20% growth in production in the fiscal 2020-21, an official from the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade said.
Saeed Zarandi added that about 33% of the units registered more than 20% growth in production, IRNA reported.
“Of these companies, 166 registered 20-50% growth, 50 registered a growth in production of 50-70%, 42 registered 70-100% and 104 registered more than 100% YOY," he added.
From the 362 units, 82 crude steel and steel production units had the highest share in production growth.
