TCCIM to Hold Six Courses on Labor Laws, Marketing, Trade

The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to hold six specialized courses on labor laws, social media marketing and trade in May.

The first course titled “Introduction to Labor and Social Security Laws” is scheduled to be held on May 15 and 18 from 3-7 p.m. Topics to be covered include employment contracts, employment of foreign nationals, retirement and unemployment insurance laws. The course will run for a total of eight hours, the news portal of TCCIM reported.  

The second course titled "Export Marketing Tips and Techniques on LinkedIn” is scheduled to be held on May 17 and 19 from 3-6 p.m. Topics include the significance of LinkedIn in digital marketing, CV composition and setting up a LinkedIn profile, networking, content publishing and job-seeking on LinkedIn and creating a company page. 

The third course titled "Comprehensive Training on Commerce” is scheduled to be held from May 29 on Sundays and Mondays from 4-7 p.m. Topics to be covered include international trade, HS product classification system, Incoterms 2020, international transportation, introduction to import/export procedures, customs and EPL regulations and order registration, international payment methods, international trade contracts and business negotiations. The course will run for a total of 60 hours.

The three other courses are basic, intermediate and advanced training courses on contract drafting.

The basic course is scheduled to be held on May 18 and May 24 from 4-8 p.m. Topics include importance of contract writing requirements and structure, introduction to the International Federation of Consulting Engineers; comparison of memorandums of understanding, agreements and contracts; principles of contract interpretation, conditions of confidentiality and guarantee.

The intermediate course will be held on May 30 and June 1 from 4-8 p.m. Topics include terms of contract suspension, terms of the contract, private agreement on contractual liability and payment methods in contractual agreements. 

The advanced course is scheduled to be held on June 8 and June 13 from 4-8 p.m. Topics include general and private terms of the contract, the condition of resolving disputes, terms and conditions of international contracts, premium social security in contracts and mandatory contents of government contracts.
