More than 90% of employees and 77% of managers of executive bodies were reportedly satisfied with remote work and believe it must continue until the end of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Of the 89 executive bodies and 1,181,042 civil servants surveyed from April 3-Nov. 9, 2020, by the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organization of Iran, 81 bodies announced that they had teleworking arrangement in place, suggesting that only eight organizations (10%) did not implement remote work.
Workers of 70 organizations had access to work-from-home equipment and 19 organizations didn’t. More than 89% of workers were available when required, Aro.gov.ir reported.
