The average goods and services Consumer Price Index of “education’ in the 12-month period ending Oct. 21, which marks the end of the seventh Iranian month, increased by 21.3% compared with last year’s corresponding period.
According to the Statistical Center of Iran, with a coefficient of 1.86%, the CPI of “education” among 12 groups of the basket of consumer goods and services purchased by households stood at 203.1 in the period, indicating a 6.8% rise compared with the previous month.
The index registered a year-on-year increase of 18.9%.
