A total of $7.57 million worth of goods were exported from Mahabad County’s Customs Office during the first half of the current Iranian year (March 20-Sept. 21) to register a 12% decline compared with the similar period of last year.
According to the head of Mahabad Customs Administration, Ahmad Ahmadi, cement, machine-made carpet and eggs were the main exported commodities.
"Iraq and other neighboring countries were the main export destinations,” the official was quoted as saying by IRNA.
