New IDRO Chief Appointed

Minister of Industries, Mining and Trade Alireza Razm-Hosseini has appointed Mohsen Salehinia as the new managing director of the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran, known as IDRO Group. 
A graduate of industrial engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, Salehinia formerly served as the head of Iran Small Industries and Industrial Parks Organization for 23 months, IRNA reported. 
Salehinia replaces Mansour Moazzami.
Established in 1967, IDRO has evolved into one of the largest Asian conglomerates. The organization’s objective is to develop Iran’s industrial sector, accelerate the industrialization process in the country and help export Iranian products. It owns more than 100 subsidiaries and affiliated companies that are domestically and internationally active.
