The combined output of Iran’s two major coal producers reached 42,569 tons of coal concentrates during the sixth Iranian month (Aug. 22-Sept. 21) to register a 34.6% decline compared with last year’s similar month, the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization reported on its website.
Tabas Parvadeh Coal Company accounted for 33,588 tons of the total output and Central Alborz Coal Company for the remaining 8,981 tons.
