The average goods and services Consumer Price Index of "hotels and restaurants" in the 12-month period ending Sept. 21, which marks the end of the sixth Iranian month, grew by 26% compared with last year’s corresponding period.
With a coefficient of 1.44%, the CPI of the group, among 12 groups of the basket of consumer goods and services purchased by households, stood at 227 in Shahrivar, indicating a 2.6% rise compared with the month before, the Statistical Center of Iran reported.
The index registered a year-on-year increase of 24.6%.
