Markazi Exports Earn $306m in 5 Months

A total of $306 million worth of non-oil goods were exported from Markazi Province during the first five months of the current Iranian year (March 20-Aug. 21).
"More than $120 million of the total sum pertained to exports during the month ending Aug. 21, which is a record high,” Ali Aqazadeh, the province’s governor, was quoted as saying by IRNA.
Markazi Province is Iran's fourth biggest industrial hub and a major producer of travertine stones, plants and flowers. It is also one of the country’s main agricultural hubs. 
Exports from the province mainly include petrochemicals, industrial products, decorative stones, flower and ornamental plants.
