Economic Operators’ Satisfaction With State Entities Improves

Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture has published the results of an annual survey on the performance of organizations and agencies of three branches of the government (legislative, judiciary and executive) involved in shaping Iran’s business environment in the Iranian year ending March 2020. 
The "National Satisfaction Index with Performance of State Entities" stood at 4.47 in the last fiscal year (ended March 19, 2020), indicating a 13.96% decline compared with 5.20 in the year ending March 20, 2019.
