TCCIM to Hold 3 Business Courses

The Education and Human Resources Institute, affiliated with the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, is scheduled to hold three educational events on project management, trade dispute settlements and employee performance assessment this summer.
The first course is an online workshop titled “Project Management”, which will convene 12 sessions (30 hours) starting August 11. The sessions are scheduled for Mondays from 4-6.30 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. 
Topics such as launching and finalizing projects as well as planning and presenting projects will be covered during the course, which will be held in collaboration with the Australian Institute of Project Management.
The second course is a webinar titled "International Settlement of Trade Disputes" scheduled for August 22 from 3-6 p.m. 
Topics to be covered during this webinar include arbitration methods, international trade arbitration, advantages of arbitration versus judicial proceedings, arbitration memorandum of understanding, different types of arbitration and verdicts, and the mechanisms through which international arbitration and judicial verdicts are executed in Iran. 
The third event is an eight-hour specialized course titled “Employee Performance Assessment” that will be held on Sept. 1-3 from 7-8 p.m. Topics to be covered during this course include defining the concept of performance and performance assessment, the significance of carrying out performance assessments, how to define and assign key responsibilities, goal setting, what indices to look at, how to set standards, clarifying the differences between performance assessment and performance management and the role of mentorship in performance management.
