Tobacco Inflation at 14.5%

The average goods and services Consumer Price Index in the 12-month period ending June 20, which marks the end of the third Iranian month, grew by 14.5% compared with the corresponding period of the year before.
The CPI of the group stood at 324.6 for the month, indicating a 2.7% rise compared with the month before.
The tobacco index, which has minimum impact on total inflation rate with a coefficient of 0.59%, registered a year-on-year increase of 16%, the Statistical Center of Iran reported.
