Virus-Related Medical Products Imported

A total of 898 tons of medical products used against the coronavirus, including disposable gloves, surgical and N95 masks and disinfecting gels were imported from March 20 to April 25 via Shahid Rajaee Port, Abolfazl Akbarpour, an official with Hormozgan Customs, says. 
“About 370 tons of alcohol and 366 tons of disposable gloves were imported during the period under review,” he said, adding that Shahid Rajaee Customs Department in the southern Hormozgan Province carried out customs clearance of 17,089 tons of such products from Jan. 21 to March 19, Fars News Agency reported. 
Shahid Rajaee is Iran's biggest commercial port, located 23 kilometers west of the port city of Bandar Abbas, the capital of Hormozgan Province.
