Kermanshah Exports Exceed $110m in 1 Month

More than 284,410 tons of goods worth $112.86 million were exported from Kermanshah Province’s customs terminals during the first month of the current Iranian year (March 19-April 19).
According to Director General of Kermanshah Customs Administration Khalil Heydari, major commodities exported from the province included tomato paste, watermelon, cheese, Persian melon, apples, milk, cream, biscuits, cucumber, evaporative coolers and eggplants.
According to the official, 198 types of goods were exported to eight countries during the period, IRNA reported.
Most of the commodities were exported to neighboring Iraq and the Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
Around half of Iran’s total non-oil exports to Iraq is exported through Kermanshah Province that has six official border crossings.
