Hoarded Alcohol, Masks, Gloves Confiscated

More than 1.21 trillion rials ($7.85 million) worth of hoarded products needed to combat the new coronavirus have been confiscated during an eight-day period starting March 3, the head of Iran Consumer and Producer Protection Organization affiliated with the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade told Fars News Agency on March 11.
According to Abbas Tabesh, the seized products include 17,000 liters of alcohol, 527,533 facemasks, 219,872 of latex gloves, 28,500 liters of disinfectant solution and 629,000 tubes of disinfectant gel.
