Iran: Construction Permits Increase by 9.8% YOY

The Statistical Center of Iran has published its latest figures concerning construction permits, showing that the number of permits increased across all Iranian cities during the second quarter of the current fiscal year (ended Sept. 22, 2018), compared with the same quarter of the previous year.  
According to the report published by SCI's website, a total of 2,890 construction permits were issued by Tehran Municipality in Q2, indicating a quarter-on-quarter decline of 5.4% but a year-on-year increase of 9.8%.
