    TEDPIX Gains 1.20% 

    Tehran Stock Exchange's main index, TEDPIX, gained 18,941.54 points or 1.20% on Saturday to end at 1,598,061.37. The TSE equal-weighted index climbed 1.89%.

    About 18.2 billion shares worth 108.38 trillion rials ($373.7 million) changed hands for the day. Trading at TSE and over-the-counter Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday.

    Shahid Ghandi Corporation Complex led the winner’s list as its shares jumped 7.34% to 1,959 rials per share.

    Darab Cement Company was the big loser among all TSE-listed companies plunging 1.69% to 20,900 rials per share.

    Ghadir Investment Company contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company, Kharg Petrochemical Company and Khorasan Petrochemical Company.

    Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Iran Khodro Company, National Iranian Copper Industries Company and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company.

     

    IFX Adds 0.26%

    Iran Fara Bourse main index IFX gained 51.96 points or 0.26% to close Saturday at 20,267.65.

    About 6.32 billion securities worth 64.51 trillion rials ($222.45m) were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

    Kerman Province Development Investment Company had the highest number of traded shares at 245.97 million worth 233.15 billion rials ($803,972).

    Civil Pension Fund Management Services and Investment Company was in the lead in terms of growth among all IFB-listed companies climbing 8.81% to reach 4,015 rials per share.

    The big loser was Dena Afarin Fadak Food Preparation and Distribution Company plunging 6.95% to reach 15,130 rials per share.

    Pasargad Insurance Company, Gohar Zamin Iron Ore Company, Shiraz Oil Refining Company and Dena Afarin Fadak Food Preparation and Distribution Company had the most negative impact on IFX.

    Arya Sasol Polymer Company gave the biggest boost to IFX, followed by Day Bank, Damavand Power Generation Company and Bahman Diesel Company.
