TSE Falls 0.09%

Tehran Stock Exchange's main index, TEDPIX, lost 1,205.35 points or 0.09% on Saturday to end at 1,308,959.98.

About 4.11 billion shares worth 35.35 trillion rials ($121.9 million) changed hands at TSE for the day. Trading at TSE and over-the-counter Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday.

Ama Industrial Company was the big winner as its shares went up 6.45% to 6,770 rials per share.

Darou Pakhsh Pharma Chem Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies losing 4.86% to 11,160 rials per share.

Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company, Mobarakeh Steel Company and Nouri Petrochemical Company.

Tehran Oil Refining Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Esfahan Oil Refining Company, Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines Company and Pars National Agro-Industry and Animal Husbandry Company.

 

IFX Gains 0.01%

Iran Fara Bourse main index IFX gained 1.34 points or 0.01% to close Saturday trade at the 17,854.8.

About 3.2 billion securities worth 173.43 trillion rials ($598m) were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Day Bank had the highest number of traded shares at 337.88 million worth 217.24 billion rials ($749,127).

Pegah East Azerbaijan Dairy Company ranked first with the highest growth among all IFB-listed companies climbing  6.89% to reach 30,250 rials per share.

The biggest loser was Dena Afarin Fadak Food Preparation and Distribution Company giving up 6.98% to reach 7,730 rials per share.

Zagros Petrochemical Company, Shiraz Oil Refining Company, Daana Pharmaceutical Company and Gohar Zamin Iron Oil Company had the most negative impact on IFX.

Arya Sasol Polymer Company gave the biggest boost to IFX, followed by Lavan Oil Refining Company, Bahman Diesel Company and Iran Fara Bourse.
