The main index of Tehran Stock Exchange, TEDPIX, lost 1,895.22 points or 0.14% on Saturday to end trade at 1,317,894.20.
About 7.71 billion shares worth 37.13 trillion rials ($114.2m) changed hands for the day. Trading at TSE and over-the-counter Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday.
Alborz Insurance Company was the top gainer as its shares went up 6.88% to 1,631 rials per share.
Sobhan Darou Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and plunged 4.65% to 7,390 rials per share.
National Iranian Copper Industries Company contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Mobarakeh Steel Company, Iran Khodro Company, Isfahan Oil Refining Company and Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company.
Pardis Petrochemical Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Fanavaran Petrochemical Company, Social Security Investment Company, Karafarin Bank and Alborz Insurance Company

Iran Fara Bourse main index IFX lost 14.16 points or 0.08% to close Saturday trade at the 17,956.96.
About 2.94 billion securities valued at 134.7 trillion rials ($414m) were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.
Day Bank had the highest number of traded shares as 361.3 million of its shares worth 220.51 billion rials ($67m) were traded.
DoNA Catering Company ranked first with the highest growth among all IFB-listed companies with 6.88% rise to reach 7,770 rials per share.
The biggest loss was for Iran & Shargh Leasing Company with 6.50% fall to reach the 3,596 rials per share.
Gohar Zamin Iron Ore Company, Dana Pharmaceutical Company, Bahman Diesel Company, MAPNA Asaluyeh Power Generation Company and Iranian Ghadir Iron and Steel Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
Lavan Oil Refining Company gave the biggest boost to IFX, followed by Iran Cultural Heritage And Tourism Investment Group, Zagros Petrochemical Company, Melal Credit Institution, Pakhsh Alborz Company and Dey Bank.
