The TSE's main index TEDPIX gained 2,868.14 points or 0.22% on Saturday to end trade at 1,316,721.11.
About 4.77 billion shares worth 37.77 trillion rials ($130.24 million) changed hands at TSE for the day.
Trading at the Tehran Stock Exchange and over-the-counter Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday.
Pars Minoo Industrial Company was the top winner as its shares went up 6.96% to 2,690 rials per share.
Negin Tabas Coal Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies falling 4.94% to 15,380 rials per share.
Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Company contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company, Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company and Chadormalu Mining And Industrial Company.
Esfahan Oil Refining Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company, Iran Khodro Company and Saipa Automaker Company.
IFX Gains 0.24%
Iran Fara Bourse main index IFX gained 42.36 points or 0.24% to close Saturday at 17,962.28.
About 3.05 billion securities worth 55.9 trillion rials ($192.7m) were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.
Day Bank had the highest number of traded shares as 244.5 million of its shares worth 146.43 billion rials ($504,951) were traded.
Dena Afarin Fadak Food Preparation and Distribution Company ranked first as the company with the highest growth among all IFB-listed companies with 6.98% rise to reach 6,360 rials per share.
The biggest loss was attributed to Isfahan Parsian Kowsar Hotel declining 4.84% to reach 1,926 rials per share.
Iranian Ghadir Iron and Steel Company, Pasargad Insurance Company, Arya Sasol Polymer Company and Gohar Zamin Iron Ore Company had the most negative impact on IFX.
Lavan Oil Refining Company gave the biggest boost to IFX, followed by Shiraz Oil Refining Company, Minoo Industrial Group Company and Iran Khodro Company.
