Stocks End Week Higher

The Tehran Stock Exchange main index TEDPIX gained 12115.45 points or 0.91% on Wednesday to finish the week at 1,346,563.48.
About 5.36 billion shares worth 31.23 trillion rials changed hands at the TSE for the day. Trading at TSE and over-the-counter Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends Wednesday.
Nirou Chlor Company was the main winner as its shares went up 6.76% to 19,270 rials per share. Dasht-e-Morghab Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies losing 4.99% to 35,810 rials per share.
