Sell-side pressure again hit Tehran stocks Monday, for the fifth consecutive session, amid persistent outflow of capital by retail investors.
The main index of Tehran Stock Exchange, TEDPIX, shed 5,409.34 points and lost 0.38% to end trade at 1,424,497.
However, small caps outperformed pushing the TSE’s equal-weighted index into positive territory with the index closing nearly 0.2% higher.
