TEDPIX Adds 0.21%

The main gauge of the Tehran Stock Exchange, TEDPIX, gained 3,019 points or 0.21% on Tuesday to end trade at 1,451,941.

A total of 6.48 billion shares worth 55.88 trillion rials ($180 million) changed hands at TSE for the day.

Charkheshgar Company was the top winner as its shares went up 5.81% to 15,470 rials per share.

Iran Manganese Mines Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 4.99% to 15,440 rials per share.

Tamin Petroleum and Petrochemical Investment Company contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company, Golgohar Mining and Industrial Company and Esfahan Oil Refining Company.

Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Saipa Automaker Company, Mellat Bank and Tejarat Bank.

 

IFX Up 0.5%

The main index of Iran Fara Bourse, IFX, gained 100.13 points or 0.53% to close Tuesday at 19,150.

About 22.84 billion shares and securities valued at 170.43 trillion rials ($550m) were traded at the junior equities exchange for the day.

Day Bank had the highest number of traded shares as 124.78 million of its shares worth 89.09 billion rials ($370,224) were traded.

Zagros Petrochemical Company, Lavan Oil Refining Company, Bahman Diesel Company and MAPNA Asaluyeh Power Generation Company had the most negative impact on IFX.

Pasargad Insurance Company gave the biggest boost to IFX, followed by Day Bank, Saba Tamin Investment Company and Negin Software Systems Development Company.
