Cubans Discuss Economic Ties

The Central Bank of Iran Wednesday hosted a Cuban delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrisas. The two sides discussed ways to build banking cooperation. 
CBI Governor Ali Salehabadi pointed to the close relationship between the two countries and called for promoting such ties, especially banking collaboration, the central bank's website quoted him as saying. 
"We are ready to establish long-term ties with Cuban businesses and financial institutions, and are hopeful about boosting bilateral banking relations.”
