Shares closed on Tuesday subtly above the flatline amid steep decline in trade amid investors’ preference to wait and see.
The main index of Tehran Stock Exchange, the market cap-weighted TEDPIX, gained 708.09 points or 0.05% to end trade at 1,425,440.
Majority of small caps were again under sell-side pressure, dragging down the TSE’s equal-weighted index by 0.34%.
Value of trade declined 58% compared with a session before and net capital outflow by retail traders stood at 2.63 trillion rials ($10 million).
