The main index of Tehran Stock Exchange, TEDPIX, closed slightly above the flatline on Tuesday after deep losses in the past sessions.
The benchmark was up 400 points or 0.03% to end trading at 1,150,624. About 11.05 billion shares valued at 98.13 trillion rials ($446.05 million) changed hands at TSE for the day.
Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company contributed the most to the benchmark's fall, followed by Nouri Petrochemical Company, Khorasan Steel Company and Pakshoo Industrial Group Company.
