Tehran Stock Exchange closed in positive territory Tuesday despite many large-cap shares traded lower as the TSE’s benchmark toiled to break past the 2-million-point milestone.
Stocks began trading session on a high note, gaining more than 30,000 points in the early hours before losing ground later as sell-off pressure mounted.
The TSE closed session 7,221 points, or 0.37%, higher to stand at 1,941,157 points.
