Construction Permits Decline in Tehran

The Statistical Center of Iran has published its latest figures concerning building permits issued in Tehran as well as throughout the country during the second quarter of the current fiscal year that ended on Sept. 22, 2019.
A total of 2,116 permits were issued by Tehran Municipality in Q2, indicating a 4% decline over the preceding quarter (March 21-June 21, 2019) and a 26.8% decrease compared with the same quarter of the year before.
The average number of residential units per permit in the capital city was 6.9.
