Call Centers for Car Services 

Call centers have been set up to ease automotive technical examination or license plate registration as of Nov. 22, according to the director of Public Relations Department of Tehran's Vehicle Technical Examination Headquarters.
Mohammad Reza Gouya added that in order to efficiently manage referrals to technical examination centers, reduce the waiting time and provide better automotive services, phone appointments could be made by dialing 96006000, the news portal of Car.ir reported.
“At the beginning of this new service, appointments will be made in the three centers of Beyhaqi, Chamran and Shaqayeq in Tehran, and the number of call centers will be increased when demand increases,” he added.
Gouya emphasized that the possibility of making an appointment online through “My Tehran” system, or the website of the technical examination headquarters remains in force, and the call centers have been launched for customers who do not have access to the internet.
