An exhibition of Persian calligraphy is underway in Manila.
Part of “Iran Cultural Days,” a joint program between the two countries, the exhibit opened July 25 and will run through mid-September, IRNA reported on its Persian website.
Organizers of the event are the Society of Iranian Calligraphists, Friendship Society of Filipino Iranian Women, and the Iran Embassy in Manila.
Gallery of Rizal Park is hosting the exhibition. The venue is also hosting two photo exhibits of Iranian photographers, Iranian traditional live music performance and an exhibition of paintings by artists from Iran.
