Saba Cultural Institute in Tehran is holding a poster exhibition on children’s right from Tuesday until the end of July. The show, featuring 50 graphic designs by 46 young artists, aims at spreading public awareness about issues related to children’s mental, social and physical rights (related to all forms of physical violence: injury, abuse, negligent treatment, maltreatment or exploitation), Mehr News Agency reported on its Persian website. Posters depict topics including children’s privacy, right to play and education. Domestic violence, child labor and child marriage are also shown. The poster exhibit is supported by Society for Protecting the Rights of the Child and the University of Science and Culture whose art students conducted research on each subject and designed a poster. Saba institute is located at No. 1552, junction of Taleqani and Valiasr streets.
