Violin Virtuoso Salehipour to Perform in Shiraz

Young virtuoso Ali Salehipour is to stage two violin recitals in Shiraz on June 14-15.
Salehipour will play pieces composed by German composer and musician of the Baroque period Johann Sebastian Bach and Italian violinist and composer Niccolò Paganini, Honaronline reported on its Persian website.
A graduate of the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo, Salehipour, 35, has collaborated with orchestras including the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra.  He began playing violin at the age of 10 and learned to play pieces by famous musicians like German composer Heinrich Ernst Kayser and French violinist Rodolphe Kreutze.
Tickets to the event are available at Irantic.com.
