Austro-Iranian Symphony Orchestra is to perform a classical concert at Vahdat Hall, July 12-13. The concert will include famous masterpieces by Austrian composers Joseph Haydn, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Johann Strauss, Franz Schubert and Vienna-educated Iranian contemporary composers Nader Mashayekhi and Peyman Yazdanian, Tiwall reported. Austrian guest conductor Peter Sommerer and young Austrian baritone singer Matthias Hoffmann will attend the upcoming concert that will commemorate the 60th foundation anniversary of Austrian Cultural Forum in Tehran. The forum is a cultural institute that focuses on teaching German language, offering music and theater courses, organizing seminars and aptitude tests alongside providing books to 2000 plus subscribers.
