Vahdat Hall in Tehran is set to host two concerts with a repertoire of various works from Baroque to the 20th century.
Slated for June 29-30, the concerts will be performed by an international ensemble including Greek maestros Alexander Halapsis and Elena Christodoulou, as well as Iranian musician Ali Bastaninejad who will play the violin, piano and flute, respectively, IRNA wrote on its Persian website.
The ensemble has arranged a repertoire of pieces composed by Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi, French composer Claude Debussy, German composer Johannes Brahms, Italian composers Tomaso Antonio Vitali and Francesco Maria Veracini, Georgian composer Otar Taktakishvili, Czech composer Bohuslav Martinů and American composer Paul Schoenfield.
