Dancing Mind

The drama “I Want to Dance”, the eighth feature film of veteran filmmaker Bahman Framanara has been released ahead of the annual Eid al-Fitr festivity. 

Based on a screenplay by Omid Sohrabi, it narrates the story of a man living in a city where the majority of the residents are depressed. After a car accident, the man is faced with a strange mental disorder. From time to time he seems to hear some sound of music giving him no choice but wanting to dance, no matter where and when. 

Saber Abar, Mahnaz Afshar, Pardis Ahmadieh, Reza Behbudi, Payam Dehkordi, Sahar Dolatshahi, Mohammad Reza Golzar and Behnaz Jafari are in the cast.  

The film score has been composed by Karen Homayounfar.

Cinemas screening the film in the capital include Kourosh, Mellat, Book Garden and Charsou.
