Odyssey of Coen Brothers

Godfather Café will have a single screening of the 2013 drama of Joel and Ethan Coen “Inside Llewyn Davis” on Friday. 
It follows a week in the life of a young folk singer as he navigates the Greenwich Village, a neighborhood in New York, in 1961. Guitar in hand, he struggles against seemingly insurmountable obstacles to make a name for himself in the music world, but success continues to be elusive. Relying on the kindness of both friends and strangers, Llewyn embarks on an odyssey that takes him from the streets of Greenwich Village to a Chicago club, where he awaits a music mogul who could give him the big break he desperately needs.
