Six Iranian short animations have been chosen for the 26th Anima Mundi Film Festival in Brazil, slated for July 21-29 in Rio de Janeiro and August 1-5 in São Paulo.
The representatives to the Brazilian event include “Mr. Deer” directed by Mojtaba Mousavi, “The Train” by Javad Matouri, “Nobody” by Elham Toroqi, “Roobi and Chickens” by Babak and Behnoud Nekooei, “Pet Man” by Marzieh Abrar Paydar and “Polychrome” by Negar Halimi, Mehr News Agency reported on its Persian website.
All the works have previously attended other international festivals and won awards.
