Painting, Sculpture Show Planned

The Tehran-based artistic group of Naqsh-e Honar is calling for submission of paintings and sculptures. Deadline for submissions is May 31. They are to be submitted to the Instagram page of the organizing group, Instagram.com/naghshe_honar_group. Selected works will be put on display at an exhibition hosted by Saba Cultural Institute affiliated to the Iranian Academy of the Arts. The exhibit will open on June 9 for one week, according to Festivart.ir. Naqsh-e Honar group is known for its eclectic approach to exhibitions where the diversity is often surprising. At the upcoming event participating artists are free in their choice of style, technique, theme and dimension. Saba Cultural Institute is located at No. 125, Mozaffar Brothers Street, near Valiasr-Taleqani intersection.
