Winners of 2018 China Huangbai Mountain International Photography Exhibition were announced recently (April 29) on its official website and among the winners of different sections were five Iranians. For his photo 'Innocence, a Dream' Soheil Zandazar received the Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique (FIAP) silver medal in Monochrome section. Omid Farrokh received the International Association of Art Photographers bronze medal for the photo 'Tefkrin' and Global Photographic Union Prize Ribbon for the photo 'Sahi'. The other winner in this section was Mahboubeh Karimi-Alavijeh who was granted IAAP Ribbon for her picture 'Mumble'. The FIAP Silver Medal of the Travel section was also granted to Zandazar for his photograph 'Morning of Ashura'. Zandazar and Asghar Besharati were among the winners of the Nature section. Zandazar received the IAAP silver medal for 'Dawn', while the latter received PSA honorable mention for 'Underwater'. The Color section had only one Iranian among the winners. Vahid Babaei received the Photographic Society of America honorable mention for his photo 'Whisper'.
