An abridged version of the book ‘An Introduction to Qur’anic Sciences’ has been translated into English and published by Tamhid Publishing House as well as SAMT Publications.
The original book by the late Ayatollah Ma’refat is in Arabic and includes disourses on Qur’anic sciences.
Ayatollah Ma’refat’s son, Hojat-ol-Islam Hamed Ma’refat told IQNA that the work can benefit scholarly centers in the Muslim world and elsewhere.
He noted that his father had discussed Qur’anic sciences in the book without any religious biases.
Ayatollah Mohammad-Hadi Marefat was a well-known seminary scholar who made great efforts to develop Qur’anic sciences in seminaries.
